This form is intended to notify UW Tacoma and TCC of your intent to participate in the Dual Enrollment program. You should complete it for any quarter in which you plan to participate in dual enrollment. If you are a TCC student, complete this form after you submit the Dual Enrollment admissions application. If you are a UW Tacoma student, complete this form after applying to TCC.

SECTION 3 - Dual Enrollment Confirmation

Students planning to participate in the Dual Enrollment program are required to discuss their intended coursework with an academic advisor. This is necessary to ensure you are aware how the coursework may apply to your degree. UW Tacoma students should meet with an advisor in their designated program. TCC students should contact TCC to UWT Transfer Advisor, Peter Vleck, at pvleck@uw.edu.
